Hey Houston Texas! So, I recently tried this incredible little diner which is open 24/7 hours for all types of people travelers locals and all :) I had some French strawberry toast and another meal which I am forgetting at this very moment! The food was great and much better than my expectations (considering it was 24/7 restaurants, I was intended a higher level of convenience to overcompensate for the food quality, however I was pleasantly suprised and my judgment was wrong) the convenience in no way lessened the value of the food, service and overall ambiance of this cute little restaurant. It's close to the highway for the most convenient experience. My servers were two kind ladies that have been working there for years and local women. I was so impressed, satisfied and complete after leaving this establishment. I love giving credit where it's due, hence this extensive review I'm leaving for all yelp reviews and users. Thank you so very much hot biscuit!

First time trying this restaurant by Bush Airport and was pleasantly surprised. Pancakes were good. Bacon was extra crispy like I like it. Servers were nice. Have no complaints other than they didn't have chulula hot sauce

Wow, talk about a hidden gem - this is one of them. First off, OPEN 24 HOURS ! This restaurant was clean, neat and had an exceptional selection of food. The waitresses were friendly. The service was quick. The food was phenomenal. There was nothing greasy about my breakfast- it was cooked to perfection- even the location was easy and convenient to get to. Plenty of parking. Plenty of room inside the restaurant- I was there very early in the morning and so the restaurant wasn't crazy busy ( which I loved ). If I come back to Houston, I'll be eating here. The prices were in line with the type of restaurant it is - sort of a cross between a dennys and an ihop but BETTER !

New to the area for work, I was in search of a breakfast nook that's open 24hrs. This well lit cafe off I45/JFK was just what I needed. Other than the security of having two officers enjoying their respective breakfasts when I entered, Ms Carol was a lil ray of sunshine. After I ordered, I realized I was still 20 minutes from the job, so I had it packed Togo. Ms Carol took the time to make I had everything needed and a coffee Togo. When I was able to sit down to enjoy my breakfast, everything was great. The ribeye was a perfect mid rare, the eggs were poached just right and she added tomato/bacon to my grits as requested.

Last week I ordered the Midwest Benedict with home fries for breakfast and it was very, very good. So yesterday, I decided to pick up something for dinner to go. Based on reviews, I decided to try them for a hamburger and fries. The meal was absolutely delicious. The beef patty appeared to be 1/4 pound and it was not the cheap, no flavor type you get at a fast food place. The bun was toasted and the fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion were the perfect compliment. The fries were also hot and crispy. Much better than the Johnny Rockets on the ship, and less expensive as well. I highly recommend Hot Biscuit as your last meal before your cruise and the first meal upon your return.
